The hotel's location by the river was beautiful and serene, particularly during Christmas time. the breakfast served on the terrace was a great way to start the day. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the live music with dinner during the weekends.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it was not well-lit at night. the hotel lacked any staff presence during the night, making it unsettling in case of emergencies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in December. Despite the cold weather and heavy rainstorm, our close proximity to the river didn't dampen our spirits. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table in the restaurant. The food, service, and overall ambiance were outstanding. We were even surprised with mulled wine and grilled meat at midnight. The attention to detail and the genuine care from the staff, especially Mr. Serkan, made our stay truly enjoyable.
Everything was beyond our expectations.
